Powder coating is a type of dry coating, which is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Advantages Of Powder coat
Powder coating tends to be tougher more flexible coating and less liable to chip or peel than a conventional wet paint.
Unlike many wet paints, powder coatings have no VOC content.
Media Blasting
To achieve a clean rust free finish on every item. Known as sand blasting using media to blast away rust and dirt leaving a clean keyed finish.

How long does it take.
Standard service is 1 - 3 days depending on condition of items/wheels and workload.
We do have SAME DAY SERVICE. Wheels booked in for same day are started at 8am and complete by 6pm. Same day service costs an extra £10 per wheel.
can I bring my wheels with tyres on?
Yes, we are now able to remove and refit tyres. Wheels are also balanced and fitted with new weights and new valves.
Can I drive my Vehicle in and leave it on site?
Indeed you can we offer a same day DRIVE IN SERVICE. Cars booked in with us for 8.00am and ready for 6pm same day. Wheels back on , fully balanced, fully powder coated Contact us for availability and quotes.
Will my wheels look like new ?
Whilst we will always refurb and improve every wheel the finished product is still influenced by the original condition that we receive the wheels in. Heavy corrosion cannot be removed 100 per cent.
Can i just turn up ?
Indeed you can we prefer this as we can assess your items/wheels for a better Quote and colour choice.
